Shipping

Every exhaust is built to order in approx. 4 weeks, then shipped from Japan by EMS or DHL. You'll get a tracking link by email for each parcel.

We only ship to your PayPal-verified address — check it in PayPal before you pay. You will have to cancel and reorder to update your address — you'll get a full refund. Swag ships separately from pipes.

All sales are final

Every pipe is built by hand for your order, so we can't take returns or exchanges. Please check the fitment on the product page before you order — if you're unsure, ask us first.

1-year warranty

Your pipe is covered for one year against regular wear and tear. The warranty covers pipes bought from this website only.

To make a claim, email info@hotlap-japan.com with your order number and photos of the problem.
